Creativity shapes the future at Universidade Lusófona’s Fashion Lab.02 with Troficolor’s support.
At Troficolor, we believe every fabric has the potential to become the beginning of an idea. And when that idea reaches the hands of those taking their first steps into the world of fashion, it transforms into creativity, experimentation, and the future.
On June 18th, 2026, we had the privilege of attending the Universidade Lusófona Fashion Show in Porto, an event that celebrated the talent, dedication, and creativity of the University’s Fashion Design students.
We believe the future of fashion is built where creativity meets experience. That is why we actively support schools and emerging designers, creating opportunities for them to experiment, explore and transform ideas into tangible creations. Supporting young talent is also a way of contributing to the continuous evolution of fashion and the textile industry.
Seeing our fabrics take on a new identity through the collections created by these young designers is a source of great pride. Every garment presented reflected a unique interpretation of the material, expressing individuality, creativity, and a distinctive vision of fashion.
The event was further enriched by the presence of renowned Portuguese fashion designer Luís Buchinho, whose participation offered students the opportunity to connect with one of Portugal’s leading names in contemporary fashion.
At Troficolor, we are committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen the connection between education and industry while encouraging creativity and innovation. We believe these collaborations help inspire the next generation and contribute to shaping the future of fashion.
We would like to thank Universidade Lusófona for the invitation and for allowing us to be part of such an inspiring initiative. We look forward to continuing to support projects that empower young talent and celebrate creativity in all its forms.
